Paola Tollis Urciuoli, Sole Member and Manager of Ethereal Day Spa & Salon, LLC.

Paola has been in the spa and salon industry for 22 years, as a technician, manager, and owner. A licensed cosmetologist and certified massage therapist and AMTA member. Paola combines her passion for hair, skin and body care with a commitment to offer the utmost in personal attention. Her vision for a full service day spa and salon has come to fruition with her launch of Ethereal in September of 2004.

Born in Venezuela to Italian parents, ( Angiolina and Pietro Tollis ). Paola is fluent in Italian and Spanish. Paola has been married to Adolfo for 31 years and has two daughters, Carmela and Daniela.

Spa Policies and Guide

• Ethereal Day Spa & Salon is a smoke-free environment
   
• Kindly shut off cell phones when entering the Ethereal Spa, so that all clients may relax and enjoy their services.
   
• Credit cards required to guarantee your reservations. All services requiring one or more hours will be scheduled with a credit card # and expiration date, to reserve appointment.
   
• Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled less than 12 hrs before scheduled time, will be charged $ 25 per service. " No Show " Appointments will be charged 50% of all services missed.
   
• We operate as a team of professionals & encourage you to try the talents of all our specialists. Our professionals are fully credentialed and meet all state requirements. They are highly ethical and aware of the boundaries within their scope of practice.
   
• We are sensitive to the needs of the handicapped, and totally accessible
   
• Your visit to Ethereal is assured safety, cleanliness & hygiene
   
• Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled spa service. This will allow ample time to check in, change into spa attire, and relax before you begin. Kindly inform our receptionists of any significant health issues or if you are pregnant
   
• Men's and Women's private steam showers, locker rooms, robes and slippers available. For your comfort feel free to bring your own swimsuit to wear during body treatments.
   
• Although we provide lockers with locks, we are not responsible for loss or damage of your jewelry or valuables. We request that you leave these items at home.
   
• For the ultimate Ethereal experience, children are not permitted in the Spa. Please be advised that we are not staffed to attend children, therefore we cannot assure their safety.
   
• Gratuities are always left to discretion of our clients, and are graciously appreciated. They are not included in the price of our services. For your convenience, gratuity envelopes are available at front desk.
   
• We strongly recommend that you schedule your next appointment before you leave in order to accommodate your schedule.
   
• Gift cards available and are valid for one year from issue date. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
   
• All major credit cards accepted with proper identification.
   
• Product returns for full refund, within 7 days of purchase. Hair service re-dos, within 5 days to avoid additional new charges.

• All series must be paid for in advance.
